CACI is currently seeking a cleared Part Time On-Call Security Specialist to support the security team 10 to 20 hours a month. Under general supervision, you will support the CERDEC Center Security Lead at Fort Dix, NJ in the administration of policies, procedures, standards, training, and methods for identifying and protecting information, personnel, property, facilities, operations, or material from unauthorized disclosure, misuse, theft, assault, vandalism, espionage, sabotage, or loss.

What You’ll Get to Do:

• You serve as one of the organization’s Security Specialist responsible for assisting with the planning, development, oversight, and implementation of policy, management, administration, evaluation and internal management control of all facets of security including personnel, physical, information, industrial, SCI and operations security.
• Supports government Team Lead with conducting required training, evaluations and inspections.
• Ensures that security programs comply with controlling regulations and directives.
• Assist with providing policy interpretation, and procedural guidance
• Responsible for the planning, formulation, and development of security programs relative to physical security/force protection, personnel security, law enforcement, and security education and training.
• Reviews and responds to inspection reports.
• Develops and presents security briefings or training
• Visitor/Access Control support for all C5ISR Center Range 1 facilities/spaces including Technical Control Facility (TCF), Open Storage Secret (OSS) spaces, and SCIF:
• Ensure visitors sign-in/out and are properly escorted.
• Issue, receive and conduct inventory/accountability of visitor badges.
• Verify visitor clearances/gate access forms/inquiries. (DISS)
• Assist with SECRET VTCs and in-person meetings as needed/necessary (i.e., visitor sign in, check for prohibited items, coordination through CGA SharePoint, etc.).
• Monitor Vehicle Gate Access to Compound for those without a code/clicker.
• Operations Security (OPSEC) & Information Security (INFOSEC)
• Provide security oversight to all Open Storage Secret (OSS), classified processing areas, and Temporary Secure Working Areas (TSWA).
• Restricted Areas and Physical Security
• Provide SCIF and T-SCIF operations support to C5ISR Center SSO as Special Security Representative (SSR).
• Assist with routine walkthroughs and self-inspections.
• Watch for prohibited items going in/out secure areas.
• Key Control as needed and if appointed.
• End of day checks and alarming.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Current Active DOD TS/SCI Clearance.
• HS/ GED
• minimum one year years of Experience
