Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patrols Mall property to act as a deterrent to crime and mischief.
• Enforces the rules and policies dictated by the mall management and reports discrepancies of violations of same to the mall management.
• Assists Guam Police Department (GPD) and Guam Fire Department (GFD) in response to any situation, which would require action by either agency.
• Conducts fire drills and/or emergency evacuations as warranted.
• Effects crowd and traffic control and/or assist GPD in doing same on Mall property.
• Files routine and special reports such as Incident Report, Lost and Found, etc.as directed by the management.
• Investigates traffic accidents ad files reports on same.
• Operates and monitors security cameras and recording equipment.
• Records parking violations and issues citations.
• Remains on-duty until properly relieved. Informs relief of any verbal orders or situation that would affect the relief officer’s shift.

Job Requirements:

• Must pass a Mall approved training program before an official regular employment status is considered.
• Keen attention to details.
• Excellent concentration skills.
• Must be able to communicate clearly.
• Ability to lift no more than 50lbs and carry at a short distance.
• Be able to continuously bend reach, stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Can follow written and verbal directions and complete assigned task on schedule.
• HS Diploma or GED required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $9.25 - $10.00 per hour
