Sales Associate

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create a comfortable environment for our consumer by engaging with our consumer.
• Hear and help both our consumer and co-workers
• Reveal and recommend our amazing footwear products and accessories
• Follows company guidelines and responsibilities assigned by leadership team

Qualifications:

• 16 years or older with State workers permit
• High school diploma or GED
• Flexible work schedule (Including nights, weekends, and holidays) Regular attendance is necessary
• Travel may be necessary
• General math skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.

Work Environment / Physical Demands

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from stockroom and sales floor
• Ability to reach and arrange items on shelves or racks
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 5-8 hours and continuously move around all areas of the store during scheduled shift.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to to stand, walk kneel, or balance for a duration of time
• Ability to read instructions, reports and information on computer/register screes and key in information.
