Are you interested in working in sports but sales isn't the right fit for you? This position provides a unique opportunity to break into the sports industry and focus on ticket operations, event coordination, and office administration. This candidate would work directly with our Director of Business operations to support the sales staff in all aspects of the sales process and customer service. The candidate will be required to learn and utilize ticketing software to help facilitate ticket orders and assist with the day to day office needs. This position is a 20 hour a week position where the candidate will have the flexibility to set their hours Monday-Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM. Based on performance the opportunity for more hours or a full time position may become available. This is the perfect position for someone looking to work part time during the week in the sports industry, gain valuable experience, and have a flexible and customized work schedule.

Qualifications:
Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor’s Degree or be actively pursuing their degree. The candidate should have a deep passion to work in the sports and entertainment industry. A candidate must have a serious work ethic, self-motivation, accountability and strong written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience using Archtics, Fevo, or other ticketing software preferred. Local candidates preferred – Residing in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts.
