Seasonal Groundskeeper

A Groundskeeper carries out grounds work, snow removal, and occasional light maintenance duties as assigned by Assistant Director.

Requirements for a Friendly Home Groundskeeper:

A combination of experience, education, and/or training which substantially demonstrates the following knowledge and skills:

• Equivalent experience in grounds and landscaping work including planting, pruning, mowing, snow removal and the like.
• Must be neat in appearance, dependable, pleasant personality.

Responsibilities for a Friendly Home Groundskeeper:

• Performs grounds keeping tasks throughout the Cloverwood Campus, task include but ae not limited to;
  • Weeding
  • Mowing
  • Edging
  • Mulching
  • Raking
  • Digging
  • Planting
  • Snow Removal
  • Picking up trash / debris
  • Operating power equipment/pick-up truck/tractor
  • Maintaining cleanliness of maintenance garage
• Reports to fire zone when alarm sounds.
• Participates in in-service education and safety programs.
• Ensure that resident tickets are resolved promptly
