Seasonal Customer Service/Sales Representative
MarCum Technologies - New Hope, MN

$250 signing bonus (paid after 2 weeks) with a $500 stay bonus (after 90 days) –

Electronics located in New Hope MN, seeks a seasonal, customer service representative to join our team. In our New Hope facility, we – design - develop - manufacture and support the most advanced fishing finding technology on the ice. Our dedication to performance and value has resulted in significant growth for our business and we are looking for just the right individual to join our team.

Duties

• Answering customer service phone calls, emails and live chats
• Answering sales calls o Placing orders o Giving pricing o Checking order status
• Answering general incoming calls and emails while helping with purchase recommendations.
• Issuing RMA’s and issuing electronic corresponding labels
• Performing other job duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
To be considered, eligible applicants must possess the following.

• Excellent administrative, communication, organizational and team player skills
• Computer skills- Microsoft Office applications and ability to adapt to company’s order entry software including keyboarding/typing and ability to use spreadsheets.
• Ability to listen, understand and solve customer requirements.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions on shipping customer sales or returns accurately.
• Ability to comprehend product manuals and instructions.
• Must be level-headed and maintain composure when dealing with difficult customers.
• Attention to detail.

• Sales Skills/ability- Promote the MarCum brand.

Job Type: Seasonal

Seasonal work from November 2022, through February 28th, 2022

Minimum of 40 hours a week with overtime opportunities

Compensation:

• $20-24/hour based on experience

Bonus Structure:

• $250 signing bonus- will be paid after two weeks.
• $500 stay bonus- will be paid after your first 90 days.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
