Raytheon Intelligence and Space, Self Protect Systems (SPS) Finance Team in Goleta, CA is seeking a highly motivated individual for a Finance Manager to lead the SCM Finance group, with dual reporting and duties in both Finance and Supply Chain Management. You will lead the Finance Supply Chain team across the SPS portfolio, an opportunity to work in a dynamic business area supporting program set up and implementation, from proposal development to contract follow through. Responsibilities will include providing financial guidance and partnering with the Mission Area Supply Chain Management Director, Finance Director and the key team members to ensure sound business decisions are made in all program implementation, new business and plan. Ensure growth and financial goals and commitments are met.

The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints, as well as have the ability to multitask across a variety of programs. This position requires the ability to provide high level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of administration. As a strategic business partner, you will collaborate with the Business Managers, Finance Director and Supply Chain leaders to ensure the successful implementation of quarterly EACs, monthly forecasting and Operating Reviews, as well as AOP forecasting and maintenance.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Effectively guide Supply Chain Financials for a complex Mission Area
• Work very closely with the Supply Chain Management, Finance leaders, and various functions within program teams.
• Provide financial briefings and communications to customers and the Finance Key team members, Supply Chan Management, Ops, Engineering, as well as PMO Director
• Provide analyses to support sound and executable program and supply chain plans.
• Help lead Supply Chain cost plan effort for proposals for competitive procurements.
• Responsible for leading and developing several direct reports, including employee performance and provide guidance regarding career development plan.
• Guide business processes, including EAC, Customer Reporting, Earned Value, Baseline Change implementation, Financial Forecasting, AOP, 5 Year Plan
• Guide and develop the Supply Chain Management finance team. Provide direction, performance expectations and reward/recognition for the team.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 6-8 years prior relevant experience and Degree in a related field
• The successful person must possess effective relationship building, and leadership skills to interface effectively at all levels of the program and customer organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and impact leaders, team members.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to success.
• Working knowledge of Financial Planning Analysis (FP&A) concepts, related systems, and processes
• Ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data into actionable information to assist in prudent business decision making.
• Ensure team provides analyses that are well-thought out, clear, concise, accurate and timely in order to represent program in the best light; all aspects and impacts of the recommendations, analyses and products are seen at the highest levels in the organization and must show sound business judgment.
• Excellent financial acumen, bandwidth
• Excellent communicator up and down the organization, credible and capable, effective in resolving conflict.
• Ability to multitask and care for workload to meet deliverables on time and accurately.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance

Required Education:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 6-8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the implementation of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

Typically has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
