The Abbey Group, a school food catering business is looking to hire a School Food Service Manager in Hinsdale, NH.
Your Role:
- Manager Duties as assigned
- Cooking experience a must
- Organizational skills
- Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
- Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.
- Sorting and storing ingredients.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking food
- Assembling lunches
- Cashier/check out students & staff using the POS system
