Required hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am-6:30pm (1.0 hour lunch) and Tuesday 8am-3pm. Hours available 33-35 per week

Job Description:

  • Manages multi-provider schedule
  • Preparedness for each patient encounter by confirming their insurance status, payments due, and insurance authorization if necessary.
  • Communicates well with co-workers and patients on every level.
  • Builds relationships with team for a happy work environment.
  • File auditing for tracking patients progress and compliance of prescribed treatment plan and insurance benefits.
  • Liaison between internal office, patient and external billing company.
  • Accurate Insurance verification and coordination of patient benefits as needed.
  • Monitors Pre-authorizations and coordination of benefits
  • Effectively communicates with patients about their out of pocket vs insurance responsibility and cost of care.
  • Entering patient demographics accurately and completely.
  • Managing New Patient process for accuracy for all non-clinical needs.
  • Cross Train other positions in office to be able to cover posts if needed.
  • Handles social media leads to convert into scheduled patient.
  • Ability to correctly input charges, payments and daily balancing procedures.
  • Maintains organized files on all patients with attention to detail for compliance.
  • Abides by HIPAA laws regarding sharing of personal medical information.
  • Attends to email, text and phone correspondence.
  • Answers the phones and addresses all patient questions and concerns according to training and office policies.
  • Work under the supervision of a fully licensed and accredited Doctors of Chiropractic and Office Manager, attending to the management and organization of every aspect of the clinic to ensure patient experience and results are top priority.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication who demonstrates consistent work ethic and values team work. Only the candidates that truly catch our eye will be contacted for an interview.

Hourly pay will begin at $13/hr during 90 day training period. Eligibility for pay increase and bonuses will be considered once candidate can demonstrate their ability to perform required duties without supervision according 90 Day Performance Review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
