ARS Rescue Rooter of Austin, has an immediate opening for a Scheduler to provide support services by scheduling installation jobs and coordinating administrative activities so that work can begin on schedule with minimal problems and be completed within expected timeframes.

What we are looking for:

· High School diploma, or GED equivalent, is required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

· Previous experience in customer service is desired.

· Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

· Previous experience in service or dispatching is a plus.

· An understanding of plumbing and/or heating and air conditioning is a plus.
