Job description
We are a hearing conservation company seeking to add a Scheduler to our team! This is a full-time position, consisting of 40 hours per week, located in our Cherry Valley, IL office.
You will be responsible for arranging dates and times of on-site hearing testing services with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Initiates and maintains contact with customers to determine dates, times, and range of on-site services
- Enters/updates client-specific information in our computer system
- Creates monthly schedules for testing units based on client needs and resource availability
- Ensures schedules allow service technicians to comply with Department of Transportation (DOT) "Hours of Service" regulations
- Prepares and maps service routes
- Serves as point of contact between customers and company technicians
- Learns and stays up-to-date on DOT "Hours of Service" regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in phone customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written form
- Excellent typing skills
- Knowledge in a Windows software environment; Internet software; Spreadsheet software; Word Processing software and Contact Management systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work well in teams
