  • *Description:**

The **SCADA Analyst** is responsible for providing technical service and project services to support ICS (industrial control systems) for petroleum pipeline, operations monitoring and control. The SCADA Analyst works in a team environment supporting core SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Applications, database management, and reporting for a large primary control center and disaster recovery center. Development, design, implementation and maintenance of pipeline SCADA and associated systems including related interfaces, communications, batch tracking and leak detection systems. The SCADA Analyst serves operational, IT support, and business stakeholder needs and takes on individual project assignments to plan and implement.

  • *Responsibilities may include:**

+ Designing, building, testing, and deploying displays, scripts, point, and database changes to the SCADA system.

+ Supporting automation and process control network (PCN) integration into SCADA.

+ Employing standards and quality control for database management and SCADA system modifications.

+ Applying HMI design standards for GUI and display configuration.

+ Modeling and monitoring scripting tools and programs.

+ Troubleshooting and resolving user system change requests and system issues.

+ Configuring and commissioning communications processors within the PCN.

+ Providing on-call technical support on a rotational basis.

+ Communicating to additional functional experts for additional problem resolution as needed.

+ Performing and maintaining assigned Management of Change tickets for system changes and or operational additions to the SCADA system where departmental service levels and objectives are met.

+ Performing within the guidelines of policies and directives at or above company performance and evaluation standards.

+ Maintain basic knowledge of cyber security standards for Industrial Control Systems (ICS), such as P66ISP, API 1164, NIST SP 800.

+ Maintain a basic knowledge of regulations and industry standards for SCADA systems, such as CRM, Sarbanes Oxley, DOT PHMSA, EPA, IEC.

+ Liquid Management System (tanks, meters, batch tracking) of SCADA Applications

+ SCADA screen building applications; display screen editors

+ Work order / tickets queue management systems and Management of Change systems

+ SCADA field devices include, Cellular modems, VSAT modems, Field Directors

+ Exposure to Control Room Management (CRM) systems

+ Digital IT, Logistics

+ Response Center

  • *Qualificiations** :

  • *Basic/Required** :

+ Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent

+ 2 or more years’ end user experience working in a Microsoft operating system; Microsoft Server, Win7, Win10 and/or Linux

+ 2 or more years working on ICS networks and communication protocols, cellular and VSAT communications, and data analyzers

+ 2 or more years of experience working with SCADA or ICS

+ 2 or more years of experience working in the Energy industry

+ Valid driver's license

  • *Preferred** :

+ Associate Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or a Technical related field

+ 5 or more years’ end user experience with working in a Microsoft operating system; Microsoft Server, Win7, Win10 and/or Linux

+ 5 or more years working on ICS networks and communication protocols, cellular and VSAT communications, and data analyzers

+ 5 or more years of experience working with SCADA or ICS

+ 5 or more years of experience working in the Energy industry

+ Willing to relocate to reside within 45 minutes of the Bartlesville Control Center (not required for this role)

  • *Description**

This includes applications such as business applications, engineering applications, other technical applications excluding geological or geophysical. Work includes software engineering and software systems, network design and technology planning and evaluation.
