Our corporate office is in McCormick, SC, with smaller hubs located in various areas of Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

*Requirements to become a Satellite TV Installer: *

* Pass a background check and drug test

* Must have a reliable WHITE Truck, Van, or Larger SUV or able to get one in the near future.

* Valid driver’s license

*Experience in the following areas is a plus to become a Satellite Technician, but not required: *

Satellite TV, Cable, Broadband, Construction, Electrical, etc

*Any background with companies such as Dish, DirectTV, Comcast, Spectrum, AT&T, etc. is an added advantage. *

*Roles as a Satellite Technician? *

1. Presenting additional services/Installation such as Google home smart products

2. Installation and troubleshooting of basic cable/satellite and/or electronics

3. Representing yourself as part of a company that strives to be #1

4. Performing preventative maintenance on all service calls

5. Educating customers on the equipment that we install

We’ve been in the telecommunications industry for over 35 years. Originally as Rocking R and then took on the name of our sister company, Cable and Other Things Too, Inc. We are a close-knit company, and we strive for excellence in every aspect of our business. Our contractors are no exception. 8+ years ago we were somewhat stagnant in the business. We were “making it”, but not growing our business as we would like. A change needed to be made if our company was going to succeed. We began our revamp by promoting from within. With a meticulous selection process, we moved field managers into higher management positions and moved contractors into field management positions. We essentially began building the ultimate “dream team”. With our new team in place, we worked diligently to improve our company dynamics, and our hard work began to pay off when DISH awarded us “Most Improved Nationally” for 2019. We followed up in 2020 with “3rd place for Best Overall Subcontractor” and in 2022 we made it to the top with “#1 in the NATION”! Along with the awards for our performance, we were also asked to move into new territories, therefore growing our contractor force. Now with a clear vision of our goals and aspirations we are continuing to move our company forward in the ever-changing world of technology.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
