As a BASF Sales Support Specialist in our Olivia, MN plant you will be part of the BASF Agricultural Solutions division. From your role you will be assisting/supporting our remote sales team and Olivia staff with the necessary efforts required to grow and maintain customers' business and confidence in our products and services. It is intended to provide a broad exposure to all aspects of our IT, accounting, legal, inventory control, quality control, order fulfillment, shipping and invoicing and assistance to the current Olivia staff.

As a Sales Support Specialist in our plant plant you will…

Assist in: entering data on seed inventory for two warehouses, customer test seed and parent seed order fulfillment via TGQB.

Coordinating the shipment of seed via Fed Ex and UPS.

Invoicing process for test seed, parent seed and royalties utilizing SAP as directed by Customer Support Specialist.

Provide support and development of product information and literature as directed by Sales Agronomist and National Sales Manager

Collaborate with Sales Agronomist in yield trial preparation, shipping, and data analysis; maintenance of the customer database in TGQB Quickbase App.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

If you….

Have 4-year degree in business OR 2-year degree + more than 5 years of job experience related in the field

Have at least 3 years in an agricultural business field supporting sales staff, inventory, accounting, and order fulfillment.
