Your Opportunity:

We are looking for a talented, energetic team member with integrity and a desire to succeed and grow as our business grows.

You will provide customer service support to our sales team. You will perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.


It will be your mission to:

  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss Mechanical System needs. Follow-up on leads to further the sales process and maintain CRM entries.
  • Understand and demonstrate the entire Mechanical Line to current / potential customers. Must have the ability to Emphasize the features of the Mechanical Key Control system and discuss how it can be used to solve a customer deficiency in key control.
  • Monitor our website “Chat” line ensuring timely response to any questions or concerns asked by the website customer. Must have the ability to direct traffic to the correct department at KEYper.
  • Monitor KEYper’s on-line store for all purchases, enters the customer information as well the customer order into Sage and direct the sales order to the shop floor for fulfillment.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, providing necessary information, taking the customer order and /or transferring calls to the correct department. Calls related to an accessory order must be entered in the ERP system in a timely fashion.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to answer customer questions, provide information, and process accepted quotes in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain proper records including but limited to the CRM database, the ERP system, and required documentation such as Sales Tax Exemption Certificate and order entry forms.
  • Assist with processing of customer returns to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of Sales Force with any task as deemed necessary by Sales Management.
  • Assist Management with any project as deemed necessary.

Who You Are:

You will be self-motivated and trustworthy with strong organizational skills along with good written and oral English skills. You will have the ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues at all levels across the business. You will have good problem solving and decision making skills adopting a “hands on” approach to resolve issues.

Skills that you should have:

  • High school diploma and related work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to professionally communicate with internal employees and external customers
  • Must have extensive computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite, ERP Systems, CRM products, Etc.)
