SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO SERVE GREATER OLYMPIA AREA

COMPENSATION

• $24,000 annual base + commission ($52,000 - $75,000)
• $600 vehicle allowance per month
• Cell provided or $35 monthly allowance
• Work schedule Monday thru Friday

We are hiring in the OLYMPIA area!

Sales Representatives are responsible for expertly managing territory and volume goals for all assigned accounts, providing superior customer service and facilitating creative business solutions that will maximize profitable revenue and exceed company objectives. This position requires a strong independent work-ethic and excellent communication and organization skills, that will drive sales, bridge gaps and streamline processes. Sales Representatives are expected to continuously build customer relationships, maintain customer excellence, and support partnerships that lead to the success of the organization. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work their own schedule, loves talking to others about craft beer, wine, and spirits, wants to own their earning potential, and enjoys being part of a unique team and growing with us!

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):

• Valid driver’s license
• AA or BA preferred

Knowledge Requirements:

• Microsoft Office skills should be at intermediate or advanced level
• Familiarity with the restaurant, bar/grill, grocery convenience and retail industry
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile devices as sales and productivity tools

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year beverage sales experience (preferably in alcohol products)
• Solid safety track record
• Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision (self-motivated)
• Ability to organize, plan and prioritize

OTHER INFORMATION

Special Information (Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, and so on):

• Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 165 lbs. in order to move kegs
• Must be able to lift 80 pounds regularly, and lift 50 pounds constantly, during an 8-hour shift
• Must be able to stand and walk for at least 8 hours per day
• Over time work may be required after hours, on weekends and holidays
