Position Summary:

Arkansas Insulation offers cutting edge technology to equip our Sales Representatives with a start-to-finish sales lead and job tracking system. Our innovative approach to this process allows our sales representatives to track a sales lead from proposal to scheduling and installation, and on to completion and invoicing with ease. Arkansas Insulation is committed to providing the necessary tools for success in sales through education and on boarding of our products, systems, operations, and customer base.

Relationship building and strategic planning are vital to our procurement and retention of valued customers, providing opportunities for sales growth and presence in the community. At Arkansas Insulation, we believe that excellent verbal and written communication skills are key to this process.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to effective sales strategies
  • Seek out and pursue business opportunities
  • Negotiate, prepare, and submit sales contracts
  • Answer customer questions about products, availability, and pricing
  • Establish and build positive customer relationships
  • Maintain customer and sales records using automated systems
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by Management or Team Members
  • Prompt and reliable attendance is required

Qualifications:

  • ARKANSAS INSULATION HAS A PROVEN BOOK OF BUSINESS THEREFORE, SALESMAN MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE EXPERINCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN BUILDING PRODUCTS

  • Must be able to read blueprints and instructions, proposals and reports and use a computer
  • Must be able to drive company vehicle and have a clean driving record.
