Brand Manager/Sales Professional/Business Development Executive for Vista Springs overseeing a regional cluster of senior living communities, in the Lansing and East Lansing area. Must be someone who can utilize a CRM to turn leads into sales, develop a referral network, and generate a steady stream of qualified leads/referrals and achieve industry standard performance metrics to grow revenue. This is a self-starter who can develop a Sales & Marketing plan that overcomes barriers to achieve their short and long term goals and has a proven track record of success at achieving 100% occupancy.

Working conditions:

Full time

Monday- Friday (available Saturday and Sunday)

8 hours a day- 40 hours a week

Local Travel time required

Purpose:

A charismatic individual to network and market to potential physicians, CA Centers, rehab centers and hospitals to build a strong referral source and excellent relationships within the community. This individual must portray the philosophy of the Vista Springs name and their values to assure potential residents and their families a sense of stability, fulfillment and well-being are present in the living of all residents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with local community organizations, business, practitioners, and potential referral sources
  • Market and networking within the community
  • Census development
  • Sales & marketing budget compliance
  • Advertise in newspapers and radio
  • Tours through the facility
  • Answer inquiries and follow up
  • Accurate record keeping and monthly reports
  • Help coordinate in-house events
  • Purchase and design marketing materials
  • Excellent communication skills (internally and externally)
  • Computer knowledge
  • CRM tracking
  • Offer support to Executive Directors
  • Knowledge of the admissions process

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Attend meetings with staff, senior management and marketing
  • Develop relationships with residents and family members
  • Monitor quality of care in community
  • Stay up-to-date with community

Educational Requirements

Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; two-three year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, licenses, registrations

Valid Driver’s License

Work Experience

Associates Degree (A.A) or one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of educational and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Additional Information

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draws valid conclusions. Ability to interpret and extensive variety or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Must be able to work within a team player environment, very organized, flexible and a self-motivator. Must have a high level of communication skills to interact with residents, families, staff and potential clients.
