About the Role
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will manage the roster, geographical alignment, customer to territory alignment, targeting, leads and call guidance process for an assigned set of the global sales business unit. As a part of this, you will work with the business to defining new requirements and enhancements to these processes as well as manage vendors and partner with cross functional teams to maintain regular operational support process


How you will Contribute:

You will be required to have strong communication skills, leadership and project management skills, and the ability to understand both business and system use cases. As the liaison between the business stakeholders and the system vendor, you will need to lead discussions, provide guidance on sales operations functionality decision making, and document final solutions in both system and business terms. The ability to work with cross functional teams to develop efficient and effective solutions which balance the business needs with the available resources is critical. Because sales operations work feeds many downstream systems and processes, you must understand master data management, reporting, analytics, CRM and incentive compensation.
In this role you will also be expected to:

  • Establish and maintain processes, systems and strategies that enable revenue generating teams to track and achieve KPIs
  • Deliver operational excellence in pipeline, forecast, and reporting by delivering analytics and insights to leadership that measure key business drivers
  • Design, implement and manage sales forecasting processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance
  • Monitor and drive a high degree of data integrity in Salesforce and other tools to ensure the team is able to make key business decisions with confidence
  • Leveraging data, identify gaps in our current systems/processes, and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth, promote scalability, and ensure operation efficiency
  • Support key analysis such as board materials, business reviews and more
  • Support and optimize the GTM strategy, including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance, and enterprise data-driven operating model. Ensure that all field sales teams fully adopt and defined GTM
  • Measure how sales reps spend their time and use that data to improve processes and IT automation priorities. Accountability to assist sales teams in improving performance by assigning sales goals, quotas, and compensation plans; and developing sales training and management programs

About You

  • Prior experience with annual planning process across global sales organizations, including business modeling, capacity planning, territory planning, quota planning, coverage and rules of engagement in close partnership with sales, finance and other cross functional leadership
  • Experience in designing, implementing and managing sales forecasting processes that provide accurate prediction into future revenue performance
  • Show knowledge on go-to-market technology stacks and your ability to make recommendations on new tools.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and a high degree of data integrity within this tools and others to ensure the team is able to make key business decisions with confidence
  • Ability to leverage data to identify gaps in our current systems/process, and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth, promote scalability, and ensure operation efficiency
  • Proven ability to support key analysis and build board materials, business reviews and more.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience required
