The Role:

The Sales Operations Associate will be based out of the Los Angeles Headquarters reporting to Head of Sales Operations and will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, OEM and Operations teams to support ongoing and day to day needs for the Sunbit sales team with a goal of driving efficiency across the department. Ultimately, the Sales Operations Associate will be responsible for sales system and data hygiene management, sales support for the sales team and assisting in Sales Operations projects to support a growing sales organization.


What You'll Own:

  • Organize and maintain Sales Systems (Outreach, Docusign, Knowledge Center) by:
    • Update and maintain organization of sales content in the Knowledge Center
    • Organize and optimize Outreach.io Sequences across verticals for the Inside Sales team
    • Upload contracts into Docusign
  • Responsible for sales Data Management and Hygiene including:
    • Removing duplicates in Salesforce and training sellers on best practices
    • Updating fields that require edits by Sales Operations
    • Maintaining data integrity for sales in Salesforce
    • Prepare imports with Sales Operations Manager
    • Opening and mapping parent accounts
  • Provide day to day Salesforce Support including:
    • Salesforce training
    • Contract and ACH questions
    • Validation error review
  • Support onboarding process of new sales employees
  • Maintain territory distribution lists across sales department and create reporting to help regional sellers identify all the opportunities in their territory
  • Assist Sales Operations Manager with reporting and dashboard requests

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive nature and ability to "roll up your sleeves"
  • Intelligent, go-getter, stubborn, ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry for success
  • Great time management skills
  • Salesforce / CRM knowledge
