Job Summary
Real Chemistry is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team!
Reporting to the SVP of Sales Operations, this key individual is responsible for all reporting on sales. Partnering with the Sales, Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance teams, you will ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis across all sales-related metrics. This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, or Philadelphia.
What you’ll do:
  • Create and maintain reporting on all sales metrics, including time to close, customer retention and renewals, customer spend, and other KPIs.
  • Develop and automate customized dashboards tailored to specific business and team needs.
  • Support Contract Management, including workflow, pricing, and process standardization
  • Analyze and report on sales KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Lead process improvement and system adoption projects to provide scalable reporting support.
  • Create and manage standard operating procedures pertaining to all aspects of reporting.
  • Support Sales Enablement for reporting metrics and process.

What you should have:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, finance, sales reporting and operations, deal desk, or pricing in a global company with clients in Canada, US, EMEA and Asia.
  • Experience with Salesforce necessary.
  • Experience in helping to develop and manage reporting processes and tools for the Sales Team and Deal Desk processes.
  • Problem solver, must possess excellent judgment skills & be self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Adjust priorities to respond to pressing and changing demands; meet deadlines by managing teams, time & priorities.
  • Professional communication manner and ability to triage messages when appropriate.
Pay Range: $95,000 - $105,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications and geographical location. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
