Sales & Marketing Representative

Department: In Home Care

FTE: Full-Time

Reports to: In Home Care Administrator

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 Annual Salary DOE + Generous Bonus Structure

First Call Home Health is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Representative

to join the team. This position develops referral relationships with healthcare facilities, senior care facilities, and all community-based healthcare services, as well as performing assessments for care plans and new client paperwork. Successful outcomes of this position include growth through increased new client referrals, achieving or exceeding sales goals, and effective time and territory management.

Responsibilities:

· Execute effective sales calls that identify and meet the needs of the referral source, including pre and post call planning, cold call visits to referral facilities, setting appointments over the phone, establishing rapport, effective questioning skills, proposing solutions, handling objections, and closing.

· Maintains standards of high-quality customer service

· Respond to all new inquiries, set appointments, and conduct new client assessment, paperwork, and close the home care sale

· Follow-up with referral source and report on progress of their patient’s status before services start

· Execute sales plan and strategy with targeted accounts to increase admissions through in-home care referrals.

· Supports collaborative working relationships between internal operations, and referral sources.

· Represents First Call in a competent, professional, and responsive manner.

· Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related healthcare sales experience, previous in-home care sales experience strongly preferred

· Proven history of sales achievement

· Strong computer skills

· Demonstrated success selling and setting appointments over the phone and in cold call facility visits

· Ability to travel in defined geographic area

· Familiar with insurance and private pay practices
