Club Capital LLC is a rapidly growing startup CPA and bookkeeping firm specialized in the insurance industry with clients across the country. We provide a cloud-based financial infrastructure to our clients including payroll, bookkeeping, industry analytics, and tax services. While accounting may seem like a field with little innovation, Club Capital leverages the newest technology to engage their small business clients helping them to improve their business acumen and increase profits.

To market ourselves across the country, Club Capital utilizes Hubspot, the leading inbound marketing and sales software to manage our website, blog, social media presence, and sales. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team and help with new client acquisition and sales and marketing strategy.


Job Details:

As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with individuals across the country in order to sell the company's products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also be contribute to developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.


Responsibilities:
  • Help manage our digital presence using Hubspot
  • Creating awareness and demand for the company's products and services
  • Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Maintaining communications with internal personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
  • Identifying prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, contributing to the company blog, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices
  • Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  • Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitor's products, prices, and sales
  • Negotiating details of contracts and payments
  • Consulting with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Performing other duties as assigned


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Knowledge of various sales and marketing techniques
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, onliine analytics and Google Adwords)
  • Passion for the sales and marketing industry and its best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
