Doherty's sister company, Dahl Consulting (DAHL), is excited to welcome a new Sales Manager into the growing DAHL sales team! This leadership opportunity, for an experienced staffing professional, will include advising on the market strategy as well as leading a motivated sales team to drive revenue and growth for the business.

The Sales Manager will start in-office at our Edina headquarter location, and then move to a hybrid model.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Business Development Representatives
• Run weekly team meetings and 1-on-1s with all team members
• Interview and hire new team members; train, coach, and develop them to achieve performance targets
• Meet with existing and potential clients to ensure we understand their needs and deliver services accordingly
• Liaise with senior management to provide updates on market activities and performance
• Lead with a collaborative, performance-driven and metrics-minded approach, while promoting our culture
• Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills
• Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them

Requirements:

• Management or supervisory experience
• Staffing industry experience
