DC’s ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and expanding their knowledge in the field of exterior home remodeling. The job is ideal for someone who holds him or herself to a high standard of professionalism and integrity, is eager to learn and quickly advance their skillset, and has a high desire for accomplishment. You will receive on-the-job training and education on all of our services and there is no previous experience needed to be successful in this role. You must be available to travel and meet customers all over the state of New Jersey. This includes accommodating customers’ schedules with varying hours of the day, Monday-Saturday.


Requirements

Primary Job Responsibilities


  • Manage, mentor, and shadow a team of Sales Consultants

  • Develop relationships with pre-qualified, prospective & existing customers (no cold calling)

  • Analyze sales KPIs and metrics

  • Perform innovative and consultative in-home presentations

  • Plan and deliver weekly sales bootcamp training sessions


Job Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience managing, training, and mentoring a sales staff

  • Confident and articulate with public speaking

  • 1-call close experience

  • Passionate, self-motivated, and goal oriented

  • Relentless at perfecting your craft. You want to be a student and continue to learn.

  • Desire to grow and become a better person and leader

  • BA/BS preferred not required

  • Average first year income range: $100,000 - $150,000 (made up of salary, commission & bonuses)
