Immediately hiring an experienced Sales Manager Immediately for our Ford store in Boyertown!
Day to day responsibilities of the Sales Manager include, but are not limited, to the following;
- Be aware of changes and requirements within the automotive industry.
- Manage and maintain used or new inventory spending and stock budget.
- Maintain and manage reconditioning process of all incoming inventory.
- Purchase vehicles from traders and auctions.
- Generate sales while informing Salesperson of deals and inventory.
- Be sure the forecast has a goal for retail program, as is, trucks, etc., for each month.
- Conduct inventory on a regular basis to maintain proper tracking.
- Complete detailed appraisals with accurate and signed information.
- Ensure proper delivery of vehicle for best C. S. I. score, Overall Treatment, and Overall Prep.

Skill necessary to be successful in this role include the following;
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Current valid driver's license with good driving history
- Professional appearance and ability to communicate professionally with customers, co-workers and management
- Strong background in sales
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Strong organizational and time management skills
