The Sales Manager ensures high vehicle sales by assisting in desking deals, closing customer transactions, and motivating sales personnel.

Responsibilities:
- Manage & oversee incoming traffic from all leads
- Desk deals based on current incentives
- Maintain a sales log
- Assist in inventory control, ensuring a focus on aging units
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
- Train & coach sales personnel
- Attend & complete regular meetings & training

- PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY
