Working as a healthcare consultant on our growing sales and account management team, your position will encompass B2B sales, working with insurance brokers, and business owners to achieve their healthcare needs. You will play a large role in helping businesses in all 50 states create a competitive recruiting and retention advantage by offering superior healthcare benefits. You will make a difference in people's lives across the country as businesses purchase our product and make healthcare a FREE benefit for their employees.

HEALTHCARE CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads through industry knowledge and experience.
- Track end-to-end lead journey.
- Attend events to promote Redirect Health and generate leads.
- Educate leads and current clients on our product and the benefits it provides.
- Enroll businesses into our healthcare plan, answering questions and building their confidence.
- Foster relationships with insurance brokers, helping them sell our product nationwide.
HEALTHCARE CONSULTANT
REQUIRMENTS
- Arizona health insurance license preferred (Redirect Health covers licensing fees for obtaining during first 90 days).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a changing environment.
- Prior experience using a sales CRM.
- Ability to learn various sales software systems (Smart Office, Ebix, Employee Navigator).
- 1-2 years prior health insurance industry experience.
- 2-3 years of sales experience.
- Highschool Diploma, required
- Bilingual (Spanish), preferred
