Title : Sales Enablement role

Client Location: 100% remote

Duration : Long term Contract Role

Xchange and Activation Specialist

• Relationship building with leadership and field level employees.
• Analytical skills to track, report, and present on incentive platform engagement KPIs.
• Ability to create, conduct, record, and present results from focus group panels with field level employees.
• Strategic planning on how to maximize platformengagement.
• Strategic planning on maximizing the successful launch of sales tools and product updates to front line.
• Organizational skills and flexibility to handle diverse work streams.

The team is HQ sales which handles motivation and awards for sales (come up with ways to award)

• Work with stakeholders to create an incentive; looking for someone to maintain relationships to make sure front lines are aware and know how to hit the performance goals able to have analytical tracking/reporting.
• Might have focus group work to get feedback for future incentive plans and functionality of the Xchange platform itself.
• Needs flexibility - there are diverse workstreams, analytics and performance data but also to have those relationships and understand what the field people are doing every day

Experience Needed -

• Does not need to come from a specific background.
• Sales enablement, sales effectiveness experience would align well here but open to others as long as they meet the skillsets mentioned above
• MS Office suite knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
