Position Description: Packsize is seeking a tech-savvy and energetic Sales Development Representative to partner with our sales team. You will represent Packsize in a highly professional, engaging, and genuine manner and play a key role in expanding Packsize’s market presence.. You will be the first line of engagement with future customers and have an impact on the success of our Packsize organization.

About the Role:

The Sales Development Representative is an individual contributor role. You will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the market and converting prospects into Sales opportunities.

This SDR position will be measured by opportunity generation and given the flexibility to create a book of business of your own. We encourage account development through outbound prospecting, social selling, and networking.

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of lead generation or B2B technical sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
  • Excellent communication style (outgoing phone presence)
  • Experience in relationship development and opportunity identification
  • Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solution and value propositions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to use or learn prospecting tools including Linkedin, Zoominfo, and Salesforce
  • Bilingual

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a high volume of daily outbound emails and calls to targeted prospects
  • Develop targeted call lists
  • Create personalized emails to engage targeted accounts
  • Utilize social selling techniques to expand the network and open new opportunities
  • Process unqualified inquiries to pre-qualified opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to inbound inquiries
  • Document all your activities within SFDC
