BENEFITS
- $750 per week - Paid Training
- Commission: $70,000-$125,000
- Performance Based Bonuses
- Commissions on KiBa sales
- 4 ½ day work week

EXPECTATIONS
- In-showroom consultations
- Meet and exceed all required sales goals and metrics
- Ensure showroom business development and sales strategies
- Build and manage long-term customer relationships
- Provide great customer service
- Flexible work schedule a must – showroom is open 7 days a week
- Computer savvy and learn computer database a must
- Passion and/or experience with decorating/design
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Dependable, accountable, and punctual
- Self-motivated and internally driven
- Flooring/Cabinet/Closet experience a plus
- Retail sales experience a plus
