We are seeking an EXPERIENCED Sales Associate to be responsible for Educating Customers about CBD products and Generate Sales. (On the Job Training Provided). Duties and responsibilities Include: Working with Customers to determine their needs, Providing Product Knowledge, Recommending the Right Solutions, and Social Media postings. To be successful as a Sales Associate: Stay up to date with product features and maintain our store’s visual Appearance. Ultimately, your responsibility is Sales Duties, Provide Customer Satisfaction, and Meeting Sales Goals.

Job Responsibilities

A Team Player, Friendly and Energetic Personality with Customer Service Focus

Availability to work flexible shifts

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

Welcome customers to the store and answer their inquiries

Follow and achieve sales goals

Social Media Posting Videos, Advertising, Events and More

Maintain inventory & update system

Process POS (point of sale) transaction

Handle returns of merchandise, able to stand full shift, and lift up to 40lbs

Maintain store cleaning and Sanitizing

Occasionally Attend Events outside Store

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Depends On Experience (Plus Tips)

• 10 hour shift

• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 2 years (Required)
• Customer Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
