We do have different websites, sells test, right now we sell 3 different test which is

· Paternity Test

· Prenatal Test

· Immigration DNA testing

• We are like an online store, we have different websites to get our possible patients.

• We communicate with our clients via email and upsell over the phone.

• We have 2 different labs that run the test for us.

• Tests are not covered by health insurances, we are cash based payment.

• Patients’ needs to pay prior to any confirmation, if patients DO NOT want to pay we offer payment plans, depending on the service they need.

• We ONLY sell people in USA.

• We call patients, takes patients info like name, date of birth address, billing info thru our portal, process the order, notify our labs, labs will call the patient for collection which collection site is the nearest, we follow up with the patient result, and before releasing the information lab will confirm if patient is paid for the service.

• Your daily task is taking outbound calls, replying emails inquiry’s, and following up with patients.

• We use Ring Central to call our patients.

• We work MON-FRIDAY 9am-5pm EST, or depending on the volume of inquiries we get, we will adjust our availability to cater them in a timely manner.

• Our goal is to start to sell an average of 2-3 A day.
