Job Description
- Help improve the quality of customer's lives by helping them design their dream home.
- Become a furniture specialist by participating in online and in-person training.
- Present current sales promotions to every customer.
- Understand and present a world class assortment of finance solutions.
- Answer customers’ questions.
- Be courteous and attentive to all customers.
- Provide an exceptional experience to all customers through constant learning and skill development.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Maintain a database of customers that do not purchase on their first visit to encourage them to return.
- Support customer after their purchase by troubleshooting and answering questions.
- Process returns.
- Assist with bi-annual inventory counts.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager to assist staff.
- Support Daily Store Cleanliness
- Participate in Offsite trainings.
- Assist in Guest pick-ups.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
