Overview:
Salelytics is looking to grow our Sales teams! In our roles you will be responsible for connecting with small to medium size business owners to understand their business and pain points. Ultimately providing and educating them on the resources and tools to help benefit their company. Sales Associates are responsible for making outgoing sales focused phone calls for assigned clients and programs in accordance with policies, procedures, quality standards, and federal laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Associate you will:

  • Help solve personal challenges or requests
    • Deliver what’s needed to help improve the consumers’ needs and life
  • Use an customer centrix approach
    • When speaking to consumers actively listen and provide prfoessional and empathic communication
  • We'll give you all the tools you need for success
    • Paid training, technology, sales process, and expert coaching. You bring the Will and we’ll teach you the skill
  • With the number of clients, we work with, we’re sure we have the perfect fit for you
    • We have numerous roles in Account Management, Team Sell, Appointment Setting, and Inbound Sales serving customers in the Health Care, Financial Services, Logistics, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries among others. We also have a variety of shifts available for added flexibility
  • Location
    • This position is currently remote but is planned to transition back to our Wausau office some time in 2021. For others, Associates will be able to remain remote, as long as they're able to meet performance expectations and abide by client and company policies.

Qualifications:
Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.
  • Must be 18 or older
  • High School education or GED required
  • Additional education may be required based on individual projects and/or locations
  • Candidates need to meet the experience requirements for specific program
