Provide administrative support to the FTG sales and service teams related to contract establishment, lease buyouts, and billing set-up. Responsible for a team of sales representatives, this position requires the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit and track lease applications/credit approvals/funding packages

  • Request and submit pay-off and lease buy-out quotes

  • Set up and administer customer contracts

  • Report meter collection of inventories as requested

  • Coordinate return of equipment to leasing vendors of assigned team(s)

  • File contract amendments and supplements

  • Monitor asset reports for leasing companies

  • Research all issues related to assigned team(s)

  • Process sales order, billing, and verify commissions for assigned team

  • Coordinate lease rates with 3rd party leasing companies

  • Special Projects as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Outgoing and positive attitude

  • Advanced computer skills required

  • Previous leasing experience preferred
