JOB TITLE: SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Hoover Fence Company is a family-owned and family-oriented fast growing multi-channel e-commerce and brick and mortar distributor of fence and fence related products. Our operation facility in Newton Falls, Ohio consists of over 65,000 sq. ft. of warehouse with light fabricating capability and 5,000 sq ft of office.
Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our sales and service team.
LOCATION: 4521 Warren Ravenna Road, Newton Falls, OH 44444
Work Environment: Work environment is mostly inside sales/ service in a fast-paced environment. Must have ability to multi-task and provide sales and service using windows PC, multi-line phone system, VOIP, Email, online chat, in person at counter, and on job site. Communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy are a must.
Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers via phone, Email, and in person to process sales orders, tracking and availability, and other service inquiries. Provide product information, pricing, and delivery information.
*Full Time - 40 Hours
*Hourly Compensation commensurate with experience
*Typical Hours 8:30-5PM M-F
