We currently are looking to add a Part-Time Temporary Sales Administrator to our team at our Northeast Philadelphia, PA facility. At Kingsbury, we operate with a shared purpose of creating the best product in our field while maintaining a healthy relationship with work.

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Duration: 6 months to 12 months
Schedule: *** Part-Time/Temporary: Flexible Schedule up to 24 hours per week ***

The Company is comprised of a Corporate office (Philadelphia, PA), two (2) manufacturing facilities (Philadelphia, PA and Oshkosh, WI) and two (2) repair and service facilities (Philadelphia, PA and Yuba City, CA) located in the United States. In addition, Kingsbury has one (1) manufacturing facility located in Göttingen Germany.


Job Purpose:

Provide support to internal and external Sales Representatives. Process orders and any necessary follow up with the customer.

As the Sales Administrator, the team member will:

  • Support Internal Sales Representative with prepare and provide quotation for standard products.
  • When needed provide the necessary support to enter orders and quote information. Provide support to Sales Representative regarding order management and customer requests for updates.
  • Review new purchase orders, contracts, and quotes as needed to identify any discrepancies. Make changes that are requested in support of the Sales Group.
  • Respond to customer requests related to shipping, delivery, pricing and payment terms by verbal and written communication. Consult and communicate with other departments to obtain needed information.
  • Contribute to the Team effort by performing other duties as required including but not limited to translating customer correspondence, supporting Sales Representative when they are traveling by checking e-mails and answering phones.
  • Maintain customer related documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements, Customer Contracts, specification’s, price Lists etc.
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.


Abilities and Other Skills:

Language: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‐on‐one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to read and understand standard contract documentation.

Mathematical: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related customer service and sale experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
