Kemper’s Identity and Access Management Team ( IAM ) is seeking a SailPoint IdentityNow Developer to join our growing team. This person possesses a strong understanding of Identity concepts and provide s engineering and technical direction to support the planning, development, monitoring, and operations of the IdentityNow solution .

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain a highly availab le IdentityNow solution .

  • Develop and evaluate monthly trends for KPIs and SLA metrics for in-scope services.

  • C ross train on other identity and access management technologies a s part of comprehensive cybersecurity program .

  • Work with OOTB connectors as well as develop custom connectors for various applications and data stores.

  • Deep understanding of integration between ServiceNow and SailPoint with knowledge of how ServiceNow trigger s SailPoint API s through catalog items .

  • Coordinate with architects and subject matter experts to design and deliver innovative solutions that create business opportunities.

  • Implement Lifecycle Manager (LCM) workflow s that support business events such as Lifecycle Requests (Role, Entitlement, Account, Password), and Lifecycle Events (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)

  • Develop process to e nhance and automate access c ertification process .

  • Reduce on-going manual access administration costs by implementing process automation while improving compliance.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of IAM experience with a g ood understanding of I AM c oncepts .

  • At least 2 years of hands-on development with IdentityNow .

  • Enthusiasm to learn new and emerging IAM cybersecurity technologies .

  • Be a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team .

  • Expert and working knowledge authentication and authorization services and architectures (SSO, MFA, session and token management etc.), as well implementations and IAM best practices.

  • Strong organizational skills with a successful track record of managing expectations, delivering results, and meeting milestones.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate with remote team members and partners.

  • Ability to formulate the benefit of security initiatives in the context of overall business risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working k nowledge of data governance frameworks, risks, controls, and data-related regulations/standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.)

  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and good interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external business partners and vendors.

  • Underst anding of Zero Trust, pa sswordless , and other modern concepts.

  • W orking knowledge of multiple IAM/IGA capabilities (traditional and cloud) such as AWS Cognito, Microsoft Azure, CyberArk, ForgeRock.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems or equivalent work experience.

  • One or more certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CISA, etc.

  • This position will be located in Jacksonville, FL or Birmingham, AL (Hybrid schedule – one day in the office per week).
