The Opportunity:

We currently have a great opportunity for a EHS Safety Lead to join our rapidly growing organization. The EHS Safety lead manages the company's Environment, Health & Safety across all Trescal US locations. You will play a leading role in creating and overseeing the organization's and customers EHS objectives. This position will report to the Director of Operational Excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures Compliance to ISO45001 and ISO 14001 and any other EHS standards adhered to by the company.
• Maintain all necessary certifications by pro-actively ensuring preparedness for audits and audit responses.
• Manage, update and maintain the EHS systems in line with business and customer requirements.
• Monitor and audit operational processes and troubleshoot any risks to EHS compliance.
• Research and gather staff and customer feedback for ways to improve services
• Track, record, and maintain EHS data
• Trains employees in safe work methods and procedures.
• Establish a standardized system for all EHS documents.
• Responds to customer inquiries should their level be required.

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Holds NEBOSH qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in significant EHS role
• Good understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
• Be fully conversant with US OSHA and its implementation
• Detail-oriented
• Background in test and measurement instrumentation is a plus.
• Self-motivated and team oriented.
