Doylestown Rugby Football Club is located in Doylestown, PA. Founded in 1974, our goal is to to grow and promote Doylestown Rugby through an inclusive, family-oriented community that extends beyond Doylestown. Building a culture that emphasizes friendship, leadership, and sportsmanship so that all members can improve and be successful on and off the field.

We are looking for a Head Coach to join our D2 Men's team and help our athletes reach their full potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing team strategies, providing individual instruction and feedback, and creating a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, an understanding of the fundamentals of the game, and a commitment to helping athletes develop their skills. Our team is made up of adults (>18) and generally has a successful record.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement practice and game plans.
• Provide guidance to athletes on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
• Motivate athletes to reach their full potential.
• Monitor athletes' performance and provide feedback.
• Assess the strengths and weaknesses of individual athletes and team.
• Develop strategies to help athletes improve their performance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team environment.
• Assist with recruitment initiatives.
