The Route Service Representative (RSR) is a key position within the company. As the "face of the company" - you are the daily contact for our customers and an essential role to their customer satisfaction. You will operate a commercial vehicle and make deliveries on an established route.

This position Requires customer focus and service as we have nearly 100% retention and we intend to keep it that way.

This job also requires a level of physicality - please confirm the requirements listed below. We want you to go home safe to your family every night.

Other Qualities Include:

• Able to work independently and efficiently.
• Problem solving skills.
• Attention to detail, organization and follow policy/procedures.
• Courteous vehicle operator skills and a clean (infraction free) license are a must.
• Be prepared to go to the DMV and obtain your Motor Vehicle Report.
• A Commercial Drivers License is NOT required.
• Physical demands vary, RSR must be able to carry up to 85 lbs. and push wheeled carts weighing up to 500 lbs.
• You may be required to have a DOT physical based on your date of birth.
• You must be willing to take personal responsibility for your actions, decisions and results.
