Auto-Chlor System is seeking a hard working individual who can add to the momentum of our culture. We are currently looking for a Route Sales and Service Representative for the Lubbock TX market and surrounding areas. This is a salary position with the opportunity to make extra commission on the chemicals you sell.
Auto-Chlor is a dish-machine and chemical production company servicing the Lubbock area restaurants, schools, and hotels. If hired, you would be given a Ford Transit route-van that you would drive to service all of the accounts in your area, to drive to your building in Lubbock, and to eventually drive home at the end of each day. During your paid training, you will learn all aspects of dish-machine operations and service, as well as how to invoice each customer correctly. On each accounts scheduled service date, a route-rep will thoroughly clean the machine, check the machine operations from top to bottom, fix or replace any defective parts to insure optimal performance, and invoice the customer accordingly. At times throughout the week we may receive a call from an account claiming that their dish-machine is not working correctly, so time management is very important in order for the route-representative to have the time to stop by the account to fix their machine, without creating a lapse in the service of the other scheduled accounts for that week. This is a great job for someone that works well independently and is capable of giving consistent quality service, without a supervisor micro-managing their every move. Candidates must enjoy working with their hands, troubleshooting, and working independently. Route positions with AutoChlor do not become available very often, and there is only 1 route position currently available. Job Responsibilities:
Service and Maintain dishwashing Equipment. Troubleshooting issues and resolving issues accordingly. Cleaning the machine from top to bottom at the time of service. Using time-management to be able to have the time to resolve an emergency service-call while still having the time to complete that weeks scheduled stops. Building relationships with customers, while correctly invoicing and collecting payments at the time of maintenance. Performing safe driving while in company vehicle, and following all state and local traffic laws.
Working a schedule Mon-Fr 8am-5pm starting and ending day from home. Tools, transportation, uniforms, and gas expenses are all included and provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
