ABOUT US: Big Red Container was established in 2004 and has been providing excellent customer service in the solid waste removal business to the Mobile and Baldwin County areas since.

DESCRIPTION: Roll-off Drivers are responsible for servicing customers with the hauling of waste or construction debris to a disposal site. Drivers will deliver, remove and haul roll-off containers to/from customers’ sites. This position may require driving in congested and/or confined areas. This position will be required to enter/exit the truck several times per day. Drivers may also be required to climb to move items to smooth the load, and to secure tarps. Roll Off drivers are exposed to extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
• Load and unload cargo
• Properly track and document activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
• Commercial driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Must meet MVR Qualification Standards
• Two years of commercial driving experience (preferred)
• Porta Potty and/or Mechanical Experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
