RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scheduling: Oversee the CNA schedule as assigned. Reports staffing changes to the SALSA. Shares on-call duties with Health & Wellness Director (HWD).
• Coordination of Care: Coordinates all assignments and care with the aide as assigned. Reports issues with assignments to the SALSA.
• Referrals: Performs assessment for admission to ALSA service as assigned. Provides education to ALSA clients regarding services rendered and financial cost.
• Knowledge: Maintains current knowledge of skills necessary to assure quality care to the clients.

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
