Friedwald Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is looking for caring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team!

Our staff takes pride at working at our facility and we are looking for staff to join and do the same. The RNs we are looking to hire would have to be responsible, professional at all times, and most importantly give the upmost care to our residents.

New grads welcome!

Available RN Hours:

• Morning shift (7a-3p)
• Evening Shift (3p-11p)
• Night Shift (11p-7a)

Benefits for RNs:

• $3,500 Sign On Bonus (11pm-7am full-time staff)

Responsibilities of the RN:

• Record a patient’s medical history accurately
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc.
• Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
• Monitor patients’ condition, including fluid intake and output, and compose patient charts
• Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, etc., clean and dress wounds, and assist with other basic medical care tasks
• Communicate with patients’ family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions

Requirements or the RN:

• Proven experience as RN or similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle stress
• Valid RN License for the State of New York
• Must be vaccinated against Covid

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
