St. Andrew’s Place Assisted Living has an opening for a RN or LPN.

This is a hands-on position.

Normal shift is Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. However, may need to work nights, weekend, and holidays.

We are seeking a RN or LPN with a genuine desire to care for others and who strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those we care for. Our staff is team oriented and dedicated to providing the best quality of life possible for our residents.

Skills/Qualifications:

• WA State RN or LPN license and CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Prefer 2 or more years of experience working in long term care
• Must be organized
• Responsible for hiring and managing caregivers
• Must be able to communicate with doctors' offices, residents, residents' families, vendors, etc.....
• Prefer 2 or more years of experience working in long term care

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to assist in lifting people
• Computer literate
• Meet state guidelines for working in an assisted living community
• A good sense of humor
• Enthusiastic
• Patience
• Will be required to share on-call responsibilities
• You must be a team player and willing to “roll-up-your-sleeves” to get the job down.

St. Andrew’s Place is a nice size assisted living – 40 apartments – which gives us an opportunity to actually know our residents. Experience:

• Supervising experience: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• RN or LPN License (Required)
