Our Nurses at Rogers are valued members of the interdisciplinary team, and collaborate directly with providers, therapists, behavior specialists, and education specialists to meet dynamic patient care needs. As an RN you will be able to enjoy more time with your patients and families, without having to complete med passes and ADLs. Our devoted staff have helped us to lead the nation in evidence-based and outcome-driven treatment in Behavioral Health.
We provide Partial Hospitalization for OCD/Anxiety (children/adolescents and adults) and Depression/Mood Disorders (teens and adults).
Role Highlights:
- M-THURS 8am to 4:30pm
- Extensive paid training related to your role and Rogers Behavioral Health’s treatment modality
- RN Career Path Program, grow financially and professionally while in your current role
- No Weekends/No Holidays
Required Skills:
- RN License
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for a medical or religious exemption
Salary:
$31.48 (starting) - $40.88 (mid-point)/hr based on number of years of experience
