JGM collaborates regularly with key stakeholders in a variety of industries including governmental, civic, and commercial while focusing on a range of architectural plans. Recent and ongoing engineering activities include terminal redevelopment at Los Angeles International Airport, development of Hollywood Park, and expansion of Metro lines.

JGM is seeking qualified Revit candidates to assist with the renovation of the Delta Airlines Terminals and Baldwin Hills which are currently in construction and pre-construction.

We are interviewing for multiple full-time positions. Multiple staff are required for each project.

Revit Job Captain

• 5 years of experience working with Revit from schematic design through construction documents
• Create, update and maintain architectural drawings and incorporate redlines and field markups into drawings
• Skilled in Revit Family Development
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop, Enscape, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360
• Experience drafting/designing plans (for aviation for Delta project) and commercial projects are a plus
• Experience in construction administration a plus
• Must be familiar with building codesand building systems
• Work cooperatively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop plan sets (organize layouts, develop details, plan views, etc.)
• Develop quality products, using industry and client standards
• Communicate with clients and project teams via email, phone, teleconference (Microsoft Teams) regularly throughout the design process
• Coordinate with team lead to ensure that multiple projects with simultaneous deadlines are completed on schedule (manage workloads and tasks for self and others)
• Main focus: Contract document preparation using Revit, etc. performing construction administration, i.e., manage and review submittals, visit project sites under construction, and prepare field reports
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines
• Should have strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree required in Architecture, Engineering or Construction or related fields.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
