REVENUE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our team and help us optimize our revenue-generating functions. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure our Salesforce platform (and corresponding tech stack) is leveraged to its fullest potential. The candidate should be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in using Salesforce.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work with our cross functional revenue teams in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Head of Growth. Because our departments work so closely together, we are always looking to improve our current process. We welcome ideas to work collaboratively with roles and departments. We cannot wait to hear your new ideas!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Manage and maintain data integrity in Salesforce, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Support the Sales team in identifying, prioritizing, and converting leads to opportunities.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to monitor progress towards revenue targets and track key metrics.
  • Ensure smooth lead routing and assignment to Sales reps based on territory and expertise.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and track campaigns and measure their impact on revenue generation.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure that customer data is up to date and that their renewal and expansion opportunities are accurately captured in Salesforce.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and consistency of revenue generation strategies.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce best practices and communicate them to the team.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce, preferably in a revenue operations role.
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

The compensation for this position is $55-$60k depending on experience and qualifications.
